At Brazil (RatMonki), customer satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to ensure that every product you purchase meets your expectations. However, if you are not completely satisfied with your order, we are here to help.
Returns & Replacements
Please note that all our products go through a thorough quality check before shipping. We currently do not offer returns or refunds once the order is successfully placed and processed. However, under certain circumstances such as:
- You receive a damaged or defective item
- The item you received is incorrect or missing from your order
You may be eligible for a replacement.
To be eligible, you must notify us within 24 hours of receiving the package. Kindly provide clear images of the product and packaging along with your order details. Email this to contact.ratmonki@gmail.com or contact our customer service.
Note: Requests raised after the 24-hour window will not be eligible for replacement.
Refunds (If Applicable)
Refunds are provided only in the following scenarios:
- The product is out of stock post-payment
- We are unable to process your order for logistical or technical reasons
If approved, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days, and the amount will be automatically credited to your original method of payment.
Cancellations
Orders once placed cannot be cancelled after they are processed. In case of any issues or changes, please get in touch with us immediately after placing your order to see if intervention is possible.
Late or Missing Refunds
If you haven’t received your refund yet:
- Double-check your bank account or payment source
- Contact your bank or card provider — it may take some time before your refund is officially posted
